Day 1: Wednesday Evening October 17th Arrival in Hong Kong
Day 2: Thursday October 18th, Fly from Hong Kong to Shanghai, China for the was the first day of the The 2012 Shanghai World Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine and Regenerative Biomedical Technologies Expo, located at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center.

Dr Stoxen’s lecture was one of seven lectures selected to be broadcast live on China’s largest official web portal, People’s Daily Online , which is the top official website in china.

The conference involved the newest and most current information respective to integrative medicine. This included topics related to anti-aging medicine, bio-marker lab testing, hormone therapy, nutrition, female health, Cancer therapy, TCM, Medical tourism, aristogenesis, CCRC real-estate, medical aesthetics and much more.

I was so impressed at the level of expertise of all of the presenters and guest speakers at the conference. This included but were not limited to Presidents of Medical Associations, Directors of International Anti-aging Departments from top international hospitals, top international doctors as well as other amazing professionals in their field.

Dr. Robert Goldman M.D., Ph.D., D.O., FAASP was the first keynote speaker and Lectured on “The International Advancement of Anti-aging Medicine.”
Dr. Goldman is a physician and surgeon and is recognized as a pioneer in the new world of anti-aging medicine. He was recently honored to receive the Eisenhower Award for Fitness from the US Sports Academy, click here as well as being awarded the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award in Medicine &Science.

Dr. James Stoxen DC and Major General Burn Loeffke Phd
General Loeffke’s lecture was entitled, “Radiation around Us: How to Live with It”
I was honored to stand side by side with my friend, a true hero, Major General Burn Loeffke BS, MA, Phd
During his distinguished career, General Bernard Loeffke commanded parachute units, Special Forces and combat infantry units. He culminated his military career as the Commanding General of Army South. In his military service, he accumulated more than 250 parachute jumps and was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds in combat as well as several Valor Awards. He also served as a Staff Officer in the White House, and was the Director of the Commission on The White House Fellows.
General “Burn” Loeffke and his children, Marc and Kristina, founded the not-for-profit initiative, Helping Others Today (HOT), a grassroots effort to foster meaningful relationships using medical and educational tools, and to strengthen and disseminate peace through personal relations. General Loeffke’s book, “The Least Beastly,” shares how the Helping Others Today vision began years ago.
HOT supports the Friendship Fund of the United States Military Academy at West Point, formed to foster friendships between the young leaders of China, the former Soviet Union and the United States of America.
Among its many other initiatives, HOT supports The Children Incorporated organization, an orphanage in Guatemala, AIDS clinic in Kenya, reconciliation camp in Ireland, free clinic in Haiti, day care center in Kosovo, aid for low income children in the Third World, a school in a refugee camp in Sudan, and many more programs for children and orphans the world over.

Later that evening we were taken on a chartered private yacht cruise along the Huangpu River, (the lower reaches of the famous Yangstze River) and saw the beautiful Bund City Lights along the bund district of Shanghai, China.

The Huangpu River is a branch of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. It lies in Shanghai City, formerly known as Huangxiepu or Chunshen River. It takes its rise from the Tai Lake, runs eastwards through the Dianshan Lake in Qingpu County and then flows to Minhang District in Shanghai. At the Baidu Bridge in the center of Shanghai City, Huangpu River flows together with the Wusong River (i.e. Suzhou River) and finally flows into the East China Sea.
Day 4: Saturday October 20th, I went through the exhibit hall to see the latest anti-aging breakthroughs. Representives from Pharmaceutical Companies, BHRT Therapies, Medical Equipment, Weight loss and Nutrition, Skincare and Medical Spas as well as Hospitals and clinics were participants.

I also met with Mr. Dehui David Mei, Vice President of The Fortune Character Institute. Mr. Mei Spoke at the conference about The Health Report of the Chinese High-profile.
China has an urgent need for an improving healthcare; one that will be able to treat the high prevalence of “modern” lifestyle diseases and common diseases of the elderly. The amount of high net worth and emerging wealthy individuals in China, with over 275,000 millionaires in Beijing and Shanghai alone, shows that there are a vast number of people with the meanings to pay for the highest quality healthcare services.(Source: Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management).
We discussed how we could work together and how I could help treat the people of China.

Day 5, Sunday October 21 I flew to Hong Kong then on to a 2 hour train ride to Ganzhou with my assistant.
Day 6, Monday October 22 We toured many factories in Ganzhou and the surrounding areas and met with factory representatives regarding a new therapy device I am manufacturing which is coming out soon.

China’s largest trade fair with a complete product range of Chinese Commodities. It is divided into three phases, with the first phase focusing on Machinery, Electrical and Electronic products, the second phase focusing on Home and Decoration, while the third phase focusing on textiles, garments and fashion accessories.

China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is held biannually in Guangzhou every spring and autumn, with a history of 55 years since 1957. The Fair is a comprehensive one with the longest history, the highest level, the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the broadest distribution of overseas buyers and the greatest business turnover in China.
48 Trading Delegations, composed of more than 24,000 China’s best foreign trade corporations (enterprises) with good credibility and sound financial capabilities, take part in the Fair, including foreign trade companies, manufacturers, scientific research institutes, foreign invested enterprises, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, private enterprises, etc.
Canton Fair is a platform for import and export mainly, with various and flexible patterns of trade. Beside traditional way of negotiating against samples, the Fair holds Canton Fair Online. Various types of business activities such as economic and technical cooperations and exchanges, commodity inspection, insurance, transportation, advertising, consultation, etc, are also carried out in flexible ways. Business people from all over the world are gathering in Guangzhou, exchanging business information and developing friendship.
Day 8 Wednesday October 24th, Morning I flew to Hong Kong where I stayed at the Royal Park Hotel. Check out the view of the city below.

Day 9 Thursday, October 25th after a 15.5 hour flight I arrive back in Chicago IL USA where my trip to China comes to an end.
